Registration

1. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
   There are a limited number of spaces avaiable for each competition.
2. All packages must be submitted with Star Talent Productions Registration Forms. (One per routine).
3. Incomplete entry packages will not be accepted.
4. There will be no refunds once a studio has registered and entry fees have been accepted.
5. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the director and with a charge of $10.00 per entry.
6. A $35.00 service charge will be applied to all NSF checks.

Please remember entries should be submitted with entire registration packet including entry forms, parent consent forms and a registration summary form.

Please complete an entry form for each competing act and one summary registration form per studio.
