Crew members are typically assigned to one primary tour for the season to ensure consistency, efficiency, and teamwork within that group.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"975\"><strong data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"719\">Top consideration is given to Crew members who are available for all events within their assigned tour.<\/strong> This helps maintain smooth operations and strong team dynamics throughout the season. However, opportunities may also be available to <strong data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"900\">pick up individual cities from other tours<\/strong> as needed to support coverage, scheduling, or specific production needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1206\">All Crew members should be prepared for <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1061\">weekend travel (Friday through Monday (Sunday evening returns are an option for those in driving distance of an event location))<\/strong> during competition season and must remain flexible with travel times, routing, and venue assignments as determined by the production schedule.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"col-md-9 content\">\n<p><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc2voS3ze0UxIeJGHhJUfnop3CZaQUF7pfA_fgQpSsE-Y1Qew\/viewform?usp=publish-editor\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"513\">Star Talent Productions is a live event company hosting <strong data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"381\">15 regionals and\u00a0 a national dance competition<\/strong>\u00a0each season across the Southeast \u2014 including <strong data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"511\">North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"760\">We\u2019re looking for new team members to join our <strong data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"582\">Star Talent Crew<\/strong> \u2014 where you\u2019ll gain hands-on experience in <strong data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"651\">live dance production<\/strong>, build lifelong friendships, and create unforgettable memories while helping young dancers shine on stage!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1116\">Star Talent Productions takes pride in producing <strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"896\">top-quality events<\/strong> that celebrate artistry, performance, and community.
