Registration Packet

Star Talent Productions

~Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

There are a limited number of spaces avaiable for each competition.

~All packages must be submitted with Star Talent Productions Registration Forms.

(One per routine)

~Incomplete entry packages will not be accepted.

~There will be no refunds once a studio has registered

and entry fees have been accepted.

~Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the director

and with a charge of $10.00 per entry

~A $35.00 service charge will be applied to all NSF checks.

Please remember entries should be submitted with

entire registration packet including entry forms, parent

consent forms and a registration summary form.
