🗺️ Star Talent Productions Tour Structure & Availability
The Star Talent Productions season is divided into three regional tours, each traveling to a series of cities across our event schedule. Crew members are typically assigned to one primary tour for the season to ensure consistency, efficiency, and teamwork within that group.
Top consideration is given to Crew members who are available for all events within their assigned tour. This helps maintain smooth operations and strong team dynamics throughout the season. However, opportunities may also be available to pick up individual cities from other tours as needed to support coverage, scheduling, or specific production needs.
All Crew members should be prepared for weekend travel (Friday through Monday (Sunday evening returns are an option for those in driving distance of an event location)) during competition season and must remain flexible with travel times, routing, and venue assignments as determined by the production schedule.
Star Talent Productions is a live event company hosting 15 regionals and a national dance competition each season across the Southeast — including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee.
We’re looking for new team members to join our Star Talent Crew — where you’ll gain hands-on experience in live dance production, build lifelong friendships, and create unforgettable memories while helping young dancers shine on stage!
Star Talent Productions takes pride in producing top-quality events that celebrate artistry, performance, and community. Our shows bring together thousands of dancers, families, and studios each season, creating an inspiring atmosphere where hard work and talent take center stage.
We’re currently seeking energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic backstage and production crew members to join our 2026 regional tour. If you love the energy of live events, enjoy working with kids, and can thrive on adrenaline (and maybe a little less sleep), we’d love to have you on our Crew!
